Arcade Hotel & Spa Nisantasi - Istanbul

The hotel is in a magnificent location adjacent to the metro station in the central road of beautiful Nisantasi, where everything is close, including cafes. the room had satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe, which I really enjoyed. - All of the staff members were top-class and extremely friendly.

i loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the excellent location was very close to istanbul congress center. the service was great in my opinion. all the personnel was incredibly nice and exceptionally kind.

Some people working there were very rude.

Our family room was brand-new and neat. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. Enjoyed good old and ideal hotel, we would stay again and again...

The rooms here are clean and modern, and they come with a huge shower that is great for relaxing. the furniture is stylish and the bathroom is beautiful! 🚿

The only thing I did not like was the view from the window, or rather its absence - the wall of the neighboring house. But it's not critical.

The location of the hotel near restaurants and bars is unbeatable. the restaurant, though small, serves delicious food. - the daily service was good.

The standard king room was beautiful and included complimentary water bottles, located in a fantastic spot near Tesvikiye, with excellent service provided overall, only a small issue with a couple of staff members.

The location is perfect, with a great cafe nearby, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home.

This place has an excellent location, close to a train station, and the restaurant here serves delicious food with small yet tasty dishes.

I was initially worried about the location of the hotel, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The nearby shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel staff were really good too assist us in planning our activities, especially Nejit, who provided really good service and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel and the elegant room designs were also excellent. Despite the noisy street, the OsmanBey metro station being close by was a huge advantage. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is amazing. Mr Najdat and his staff were pretty good too make our stay wonderful. The location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to shopping and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and elegant. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual, making communication easy. Free water bottles, extra towels, and bedding were provided, and the bathrooms are nice.
